I truly felt my circumstance and situation was met with compassion and understanding during the online communication and that I was given the best attention.
During the the physical exchange in the Siam mall shop in Tenerife, I happened to be 4th or 5th in line to see the assistant. I could see that the shop assistant gave each customer her undivided attention. As it was my turn, she did not disappoint and was committed to finding the best pieces of jewellery and offering as many solutions for me as possible to locate the piece I wanted. Unfortunately the gargantilla soleada piece I wanted was nowhere in Tenerife but still, her efforts gave me a feeling of being an important customer and seen as an individual.

Read moreFor me Amaloa are only scammers. Your promises about sending in up to 48 hours and delivering to Europe in 10-15 days is only a lie. Now you can tell me another fairy tale, Pinnocchio for example.
My wife ordered two necklaces more than one month ago, 23th April. After contacting you for the first broken promise, when nothing has been even dispatched at 8th May you respond the copy+paste answer "The delivery time for international orders is 10 to 15 business days, so delivery is estimated for the next week."
And the next week is twice over. When i asked you for the tracking No. on 25th May, I got no aswer. And more than a week ago my wife asked you to refund. Again no answer!

Read moreLo primero que me gustaría destacar es que tengo muchos productos de la marca y jamás había tenido problemas con ninguno de ellos (cadenas desde hace años que están como el primer día, pendientes, etc.).
Hace casi un año compré una de las pulseras para personalizar con los charms, pulsera que uso casi a diario y veo todos los días, por lo que me fui dando cuenta, tal vez tarde, de que estaba perdiendo el color dorado por completo, así que fui al stand de Amaloa de C.C. Meridiano y dije lo que me estaba sucediendo.
Sinceramente siempre he tenido buena experiencia con todas las chicas que trabajan allí, pero en especial la vendedora ATHALIA siempre me ha buscado soluciones para todo. En este caso me hizo fotos de la pulsera y las envió a atención al cliente, no quedándose satisfecha con la primera respuesta por parte de ellos que fue negativa, sino que realmente se preocupó por mi situación ya que ella también veía evidente que debía de ser un error de fábrica.
Gracias a la comunicación de ella con atención al cliente han terminado llamándome para decirme que han reconsiderado la situación y que me van a hacer el cambio de la pulsera.
