My experience was not the best. They didn’t like that I didn’t book my appointment properly, and I had to tell them that it was my first time. She didn’t clean any of the equipment before using it. Also they were about to lose a client (because I didn’t book exactly what I wanted, I had booked for design, but didn’t specify that I also wanted a French manicure, which I thought would count under design.) But I didn’t want them to lose a client so I said I would wait, but they didn’t thank me. My appointment was at 14.30 and I left at 17.30, I had no problem waiting 20 minutes so they could take the other client, but a thank you would have been nice. She also made one of my cuticles bleed and didn’t give me a discount for that and she was very rough with my nails. Overall not the best experience and I won’t be coming back. They also should understand that I maybe didn’t click on the right appointment because I don’t speak French, perhaps they should make their website in...

Despite 4 ⭐️, I have mixed feelings about my nail extensions. First of all, there was some misunderstanding due to the language barrier, because I went for gel and somehow ended up with acrylic nail extensions. However, the shape and look of my acrylic nails are beautiful and the staff friendliness was ok..BUT, the nail tips were glued to my skin and at some point my skin was painfully hit by the filing machine and what worries me the most, is that not even once I noticed the use of any sanitizing product before or during the process. Nina and her employee are both very professional and do an excellent nail job at a very reasonable price. The nail products are of good quality. The nail salon is very cozy, super clean and well ventilated, it does not have bad smell at all but instead a soft citrusy lemongrass which makes you feel like in a nice spa. I came back last Saturday for a pedicare after the long confinement period and I got pampered as usual and I was very pleased with the way Nina and her employee handled sanitary standards.
