Cacio & Pepe Genève — Restaurant in Geneva

I was looking forward for the caccio peppe pasta since there were many good reviews. I’ve eaten caccio peppe at other places before but today was too salty.

I do understand that pecorino has some saltiness taste for caccio but mine was too much.

I told the waiter that I wasn’t happy about it and he came and took my plate.

Unfortunately the chef just added cheese or I don’t know anything else as I was expecting a new one. I assumed he took the previous pasta that I ordered because it wasn’t al dente like before.I just taste 2 spoons and the waiter asked me is it better? And I said no, then he walk off.

So I stop tasting and finish my wine and call him for the bill. I don’t mind paying but the thing is I wasn’t satisfy as my plate was full of pasta.He could probably asked or take action by calling the manager or something. By the way he only offered me a lemoncello and that doesn’t heel my broken heart for the love of caccio peppe...

Restaurant italien qui vient d'ouvrir et que je recommande vivement ! Les plats sont très bien servis et délicieux, les produits sont frais et ça se sent. Les cocktails étaient très bien servis, nous nous sommes régalés ! Le restaurant est très bien situé, non loin de l'hôpital, terrasse pas bruyante et surélevée par rapport à la route. Le service est extra, les serveuses sont chaleureuses et disponibles. J'y retournerais...
