前陣子在店內買了手鍊，戴了兩三次後就掉了。之後回去請店員協助維修扣回，後因自己覺得長度過於合手，今日再過去店內請店員協助加扣，結果表示是新員工維修需要花上些時間，於是先到外頭逛逛。約莫十五分鐘後回去拿取手鏈，走回車上要脫外套時手鏈又再度掉落🥲回去向店員反應，詢問如何避免時常掉落的問題，店員卻表示可能穿脫外套要再小力點…然後才剛加收的扣環費用(可能是店員技術層面不純熟導致再度脫落關係)然後又要再加收一次扣環費用🥲得到一個不好的體驗，希望往後店家可以再精進員工的訓練🙌

戴第二次的項鍊鎖頭就壞了（第一次也不過戴一個晚上就收起來了），店員邊修不耐煩的嘆氣懷疑我指甲扣壞，但馬上給他看指甲根本就就剪的很乾淨，這讓人有被當作是來凹的客人的感受，然後說這是純銀的要焊接要收兩百（如果是常常戴而用壞付兩百完全可以接受），這已經是商品本身的瑕疵問題了還要消費者買單，雖說不是經常性的顧客但未來也毫不考慮來這家店反正不缺我這個客人。售後服務0分。//因為2/12買，3/4才收到，收到當天才戴，當晚就收起來，後來要戴就壞了一直沒時間到店裡修，會講到3次是因為還有店裡試戴的經驗，時間隔這麼久要回想，今天我氣的就在你們一臉覺得我在騙人恕我無法接受。當下覺得店員無法做主，所以請她打給老闆闡明我的狀況，但她就一直蹲在櫃子下面開擴音讓我聽到老闆的應對態度跟她完全同個立場，那麼當下就理解經營方針如此，那我可以選擇不再去貴店消費，請不要拿髒水潑人!還有明顯人為拉扯這件事我無法去證明，當下就是很信任的交給店員查看，然後她就直接動手拆我也接受，現在再來說有明顯扯的痕跡，請問你要怎麼舉證這不是她拆的痕跡?然後再來就是我要凹免費維修?這個東西是大家送的生日禮物，真的被我用壞我到底是為什麼要省這個費用??????????//你說她態度良好那是不是沒有錄到她嘆氣的聲音?貴店的服務是可受公評之事，第一時間就是嗆法律追訴權直接把客人主訴觀感否決，你們真的有嘗試理解客人...

品質無法保證，兩個禮拜前買了一個貓頭鷹眼睛帶鑽戒指，沒怎麼戴到就掉了鑽，拿回去修，無法修還黏了一顆不一樣的鑽給我，超級無言，完全無法接受，黏好以後也不會戴，本來很喜歡芒果的飾品，今天過後不會再買

你所謂的樂意幫我維修就是隨便黏了一顆不一樣的鑽

事前有告知在家中有撿到鑽請你確認是否是同樣的，你都說了是不一樣的鑽了你還給他黏上去？？？我們沒有叫你黏！！！！你說要去問看看就黏起來了也沒告知就草率處理，這點我無法認同如果你們售出就沒有售後服務可以購買前告知，買回才兩個禮拜也沒有戴到就掉鑽...
