Spaghetti Factory - Central Rama 9 — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

Dear spaghetti factory, this might be the brutal truths from one ordinary customer. Sorry if this hits and is different from other perspectives. I consider feedback as an invaluable gift. . I had just at first willingly paid 1k baht for 4 dishes; however, this ended up unworthly costly and somehow weirdly spaghetti i had tasted in my entire life. Not sure if it is recipe or what, but i could say it is super below grade food, small portion, dissatisfied smell due to weird mixed up ingredients. This cannot be compared to other sane ranks of restaurants in the market. . To illustrate, for salmon ~400฿ i had tried Jone Salad, Oh ka ju and many more in many places, including street food. Your salmon is to be honest, too thin and hard to chew. The green sauce is not matched at all and super weird; moreover, together with the black spaghtetti that the sauce is like vomit smell, i could say it is 1/5. Pls check it out and give yourself honest feelings. . For fresh pasta, each bite of it literally gave me a fishy smell. I am not pregnant and taste other meals very normal and fine, but the bouncy fresh pasta with fishy smell gave me a really weird experience throughout the time. . The salad itself is 100% not worth and incomparable to even street food ones. You advertised too much opposite to the quality. Both on menu books and on your wallpaper are mentioned about history and all. . The overall so-so experience compared to 1k baht that cannot fill my stomach. This is no joke and too expensive for me. I weigh 110 pounds and normally eat 1 dish of kaprao can get full. . I am not happy with this at all. And there would be no more chance again. Please please please value our money, improve your quality like what you ads, and take this feedback to do something better . Thanks...

พื้นที่นั่งค่อนข้างแออัดและใกล้กับโต๊ะอื่นมากไปหน่อย เสียงดัง และรู้สึกว่าคนอื่นอาจได้ยินบทสนทนา ทำให้คุยส่วนตัวลำบาก น่าจะปรับปรุงตรงนี้ได้

Nice chicken barbecue with garlic. The pita bread with it was also nice. Freshly baked. 👍

The Tomyum chicken spaghetti was well flavored. Not too strong. I guess targeting foreigners. But overall taste was nice. (Expected a little more meat though). 😂

The tortillas with spinach cheese and shredded chicken was crispy. 👍 Spinach was well cooked.

Overall good taste. 🌟

The seating area is a bit crowded and too close to others. Was a bit loud and I felt that others could hear making it difficult to have a private conversation. Something to improve.

Rather​ average​ as​ Italian​ foods go​ but​ ok​ for​ a​ bite​ if​ you​ are​ out.​ Wouldn't​ make​ the​ restaurant​ the​ reason​ for​ my​ trip​ to​ Rama​ 9.

Food​ is​ rather​ pricey, but​ portions​ are​ good.​ We​ ordered​ an​ appetiser and​ main​ each​ and​ shared​ one​ water​ and​ it​ was​ over​ 1000THB​ but​ we​ struggled​ to​ finish​ off​ both​ of​ our​ meals.

I​ had​ calamari, which​ had​ a​ nice​ crumb and​ was​ cook​ed​ fairly well, but​ the​ tartare lacked punch.​ Then​ spicy​ salmon​ salad, which​ was​ nice​ and​ had​ a​ quiet​ spice, would​ have​ liked​ a​ bit​ more​ heat​ in​ the​ dish.​ Didn't​ try​ my​ partner's​ but​ she​ said​ it​ was​ fine​ but​ not​ the​ best.

Also​ the​ apetisers arrived​ with​ the​ main.​ Now​ I​ know​ this​ is​ Thailand​ and​ that​ is​ how​ things​ happen in​ Thai​ restaurants​ and​ Thai​ households, all​ served as​ it​ is​ ready, but​ this​ is​ a​ western​ style​ restaurant​ who​ go​ to​ the​ effort​ of​ having​ appetiser​ and​ main​ on​ their​ menu​ so​ would​ assume​ they​ would​ follow​...
