A very pleasant meat grill buffet experience.
This restaurant gives you a receipt with a QR codes, which you will use this to view the menu (with pictures!) and order from. This solves all the problems with modern buffets where you have to write down your order on a paper and wait for a staff to walk by. In those, you can't see what you're ordering really look like and can't portion properly.
The service is fast and good enough. They have a robot that help staff shuttle large orders around, which unfortunately have a chance of other tables that it served before you stealing your orders - especially menus from higher-tier packages such as large shrimps.
If your table's coal stove became too slow to cook things, you can ask the staff to add more burning coal. Like other coal grill buffets, this is free. But the process itself is quite slow - slower than other restaurants I've visited.
The meat aren't that much seasoned, and only Japanese dipping sauce is available here. Sliced circular pork meat is not good, it's dry with not much flavor. Go for something else & don't waste your time. If you're looking for a vibrant Thai taste this isn't it, even though they have Thai buffet staple "garlic, chilli, & lemon juice" and Korean spicy sauce to be added to the Japanese dipping sauce mentioned to make it more fitting to Thais.
Ice cream is great. Not too hard and was easy to scoop from. They also gave me a small complementary lemonade slushie. Very good. They also have shaved ice on the menu.
Coca-cola soda fountain was pathetic. Almost all soda and no cola sweetness. Almost as if I was drinking plain soda. Other drinks options also aren't good. Grape juice was a bit too sweet & concentrated, need to water it down a bit. I hate watered down drinks, but this swing to the opposite end. Milo & Nestea Lemon Iced Tea machine ran out of drinks the time I visited. Not worth the semi-mandatory 49฿ "Refillable drinks" fee, but bottled plain water are usually so expensive that Refillable drinks are the better pick.
Note that the advertised priced doesn't include 7% Tax/VATs and 10% service fees. This is written in small prints on all the menus & signs placed in front and we're informed by the staff about this before getting a table.
This is NOT a scummy "tourist upcharge" like how one other reviewer stated. I'm Thai and I paid this too, but I didn't check if they've written this in English and I don't know if the staff can speak English enough to inform foreigners. This is a franchise restaurant & the system are usually much more designed to prevent these kinds of things than a usual small mom-and-pop business.
This a bad practice, but most buffets these days don't include Taxes because they compete fiercely on price. Refillable drinks are also an additional 49฿ upcharge, like many other buffets. Other restaurants in this shopping mall also tack on Service Charges. I think these should be included in the advertised price since you have to pay for those anyway.
Other than these questionable business practices, I'm quite pleased. Most newer buffets have switched from Self-service counters to Ordering-from-table due to cost & space savings. At other modern buffets, I'd have no idea what my order would look like or how much I'd get, and have to inconvenience staffs and wait for them to walk by to order. It was frustrating. Mobile ordering in this restaurant solves all the issues. I'd come back again just for this difference alone if I'd like a buffet. I just wish there was a hand washing station, but the toilet is close enough.
You can pay with cards and Mobile Banking QR Code in addition...

This is a Japanese style Yakiniku restaurant, basically you order items from their menu and grill it at your table.
The selection of meat, fish, etc., was good, with enough variety to satisfy everyone's desire. They have cooked items on their menu too, like Gyoza, fried-rice, etc. Generally the food tasted good.
Service, however, needs improvement.
We had 6 people and they seated us at a table with space for two grills. However they initially only set up one set of grill at the table, and we have to specifically ask for another! How would they expect us to grill for 6 people with only one grill?
Items ordered generally arrives within a reasonable time. However, they mixed up our order once, rather they misplaced the order and we had to re-order. Also, refilling of drinks were not prompt.
Overall, the food was value for money, though they do need to improve on...
