I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nan Yuan 藍園, a renowned Chinese restaurant that specializes in dim sum. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a fantastic culinary experience.

บุฟเฟ่ต์ติ่มซำ โดยรวมชอบของทอดเป็นพิเศษ ของนึ่งส่วนใหญ่ไส้จะเหมือนๆกันไปหมด รสชาติของไส้ค่อนข้างใช้ได้ กุ้งกรอบๆเด้งๆดี ได้มาตรฐาน สำหรับเมนูพิเศษทำได้ค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวัง

ในส่วนของเมนูพิเศษ เป็ดย่าง นุ่มดี รสชาติพอใช้ได้ หมูแดง เนื้อแห้งไปนิด แต่ดีกว่าพวกหมูแดงตามร้านข้าวหมูแดงทั่วไป แต่กับร้านระดับราคาแบบนี้ ผมว่าไม่สมราคา, สลัดกุ้งถือว่าธรรมดา ไม่มีอะไรน่าสนใจ ไม่ต่างกับสลัดในตลาดทั่วไปนัก มีกุ้งตัวเล็กๆแค่ 2 ตัว, โกยซีหมี่ นับว่าน่าผิดหวังอย่างที่สุด ใช้หมี่กรอบ ไม่ใช่หมี่ผัดแบบจี่กระทะ แถมใส่ถั่วงอกอีก แต่ไก่เส้นนุ่มดี ปรุงรสมาอ่อนๆ, ซุปเป็ด เป็นซุปใส รสชาติจืดเหมือนแทบไม่ได้ปรุงรส เป็ดเปื่อยนุ่มดีมาก มาเป็นส่วนข้อ, เอ็น, ตีน มีฟัก เปื่อยกำลังดี กลิ่นและรสเป็ดไม่เด่น เด่นที่ยาจีน

ในส่วนของติ่มซำนึ่ง ขนมจีบ แป้งทั่วไป มีโรยไข่กุ้ง, ฮะเก๋า แป้งบางดี, ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลอดแป้งเละไปหน่อย ซอสไม่ค่อยเยอะ แต่ไส้เป็นกุ้งเพียวๆ, ปลานึ่งซีอิ๊ว ปลาเหมือนไม่ค่อยสดนัก แต่ไม่แย่ ปรุงรสไม่เค็มเกินไป, แมงกะพรุนซอสเซี่ยงไฮ้นี่น่าเสียดาย นึกว่าจะมีเฉพาะแมงกะพรุน ดันมีไส้ที่เหมือนพวกฮะเก๋าใส่มาด้วย 2 ลูก ควรจะมีแต่แมงกะพรุนล้วน ซอสพอใช้ได้, กรรเชียงปูผงกะหรี่ รสชาติใช้ได้ คล้ายแมงกะพรุนคือใช้ไส้แบบเดียวกัน มีเนื้อปูไม่เยอะ, กระเพาะปลาไส้กุ้งน้ำแดงนี่ก็ไส้แบบเดียวกันอีก แค่แปะกระเพาะปลาด้านบน, เสี่ยวหลงเปาเป็นไส้หมูสับ ซุปยังไม่ค่อยกลมกล่อมนัก ออกเค็ม

ในส่วนของติ่มซำทอด ขนมกุ้ยช่าย แป้งบางเหนียวกำลังดี ทอดมากรอบและนุ่มเหนียวในคำเดียว ฟินตั้งแต่คำแรก กุ้งมาแบบเป็นตัวเลย, ฟองเต้าหู้ทอด อันนี้ดีมาก ทอดมาดีเลย ไส้ก็กุ้งเป็นตัวๆเลย สรุปคือดีจนต้องสั่งเบิ้ล, ขนมผักกาด รอบนอกกรอบด้านในนุ่มฉ่ำ แป้งและรสมีความคล้ายขนมกุ้ยช่าย ชอบเหมือนกัน ดีอีกอย่างคือชิ้นไม่หนา ทำให้ไม่ตัดกำลังเกินไป
