I booked an appointment to do curl perm. I stayed for about 10 seconds including when they looked at my hair briefly to say they couldn't do it coz I bleached my hair. Yes, my hair was dyed but not bleached. But that could easily be fixed by asking me to send photos beforehand and save everyone's time (I asked but they said i didn't need to send). They didn't even touch it to see if they were healthy or not. Not sure what kind of strong chemical they're using that would mess it up. Went to another place instead and got it done fine without them being damaged like...

This is supposed to be a Japanese style studio in Bangkok. Didn’t speak Thai Nor Japanese so ran into a little of a communication issue. Had asked for a “cut and dye” which they misinterpreted as a “cut and dry”, which resulted in a bit of confusion when I asked for “colour” after they finished blow drying my hair. Regardless, they were warm and friendly and were efficient in their work. Came out with a nice new haircut and dye job for the new year at a great price (they were having a year end discount)....

From the moment I walked in the door, the team here were so friendly and kind. The stylist took the time to recommend what was best for my hair as I have extremely curly hair and was looking to have it straightened. They took the time to assess the condition of my hair and then suggest what would be best. Incredible service! I wish I had a hairdressing salon like this at home in Australia!
