THIS REVIEW IS FOR THEIR LOCATION IN THONG LO. Employees are RACIST & RUDE TO TOURIST/FOREIGNERS!!! Waiting for the dessert was insane. Cashier was not polite and really doesn’t want to take your order. After placing our order It took 35 minutes to find out they never did our order! We asked one of the waiters why it was taking so long for a simple ice dessert!?? he acted like he was going to see why but he never did, he just continued to taking other desserts to tables that came in after us!! After 10 more minutes patiently waiting (it’s been already 45 minutes) we asked another lady waiter WHY IS TAKING SO LONG WHEN ORDERS THAT WE PLACED AFTER US WE ALREADY EATING!!! She quickly acknowledged with her head and went back to who knows where because we never saw her again. All this between having one of the waiter laughing at us. By the time the very last people walked in and quickly got served their dessert (similar to the one we order) with a wait time of 4 minute or less we decided that this is a disrespectful establishment and asked for our money back. Still at this point one of the employees was asking WHAT WE ORDER!? SERIOUSLY!?! We asked again for the money back which they gave. This chain (IPO took place recently) is famous for their Shibuya Honey Toast, which was delicious as well. The decor is cute, and there are so many dessert options that I still want to try! 🍚【Mango Sticky Rice Kakigori】apparently it's a seasonal flavor, but I think it should be permanent because it's a staple Thai flavor. Nevertheless, this was more than flavored fluffy ice, there was texture. Covered by ice, you will also find the sticky rice and mango pieces on the bottom. What was cool was the coconut cream on top of the ice that just did not drip down! 📷🍵【Thai Tea Kakigori】since the Mango Sticky Rice Kakigori was so delicious, I had to come back and try another flavor that represents Thailand. After You Thonglor never disappoints! We indulged in the Strawberry Cheesecake Kakigori and the Shibuya Honey Toast, and both were absolutely delightful.

The Strawberry Cheesecake Kakigori was a refreshing treat—the finely shaved ice melted in the mouth, perfectly complemented by a rich strawberry sauce and hidden chunks of real cheesecake. The balance of sweetness and tanginess made it the perfect dessert for Bangkok’s warm weather.

The Shibuya Honey Toast lived up to its legendary reputation. The thick, buttery toast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired beautifully with creamy vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The drizzle of honey added just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering the flavors.
