Massive place with lots of steps, so come prepared for your knees to go weak.

Lots of toys and great play areas here but some of the rules are quite restrictive if you have a smaller-sized child like mine.

Came on Dec 6 and found the place to be clean and new, with drinks priced at rates similar to convenience stores outside (yay!).

However, layout and way finding could be improved. It was difficult to locate some things, and they make you walk a whole lot and climb up and down just to exit the playground to have a sip of water or go to the loo. Then you have to navigate back in and walk a whole lot and climb up and down a whole lot again just to return to what you were doing before you needed to pee. Also not great for smaller kids who may only voice out their need for a bathroom at the last minute.

They make you buy the harbourland socks for 60baht a pair, even if you have your own grip socks. This is completely fine, except for the messy system to get guests their socks and signed in. Staff at the entrance seemed confused with the whole procedure, and it took 3-4 staff members around 7-8 mins just to get 8 of us our socks and to scan us in. It was quite early in the day and so there was no crowd yet too, so I can't imagine how much more confused they would be if it was peak hour or a...

Harbourland is something else, i very been too plenty of different playcentre from Australia and some in south east Asia but this one blows them away. It larger than the others and it without any deadspaces the place is completely filled with activities from babies to big children as they say.

Slides of different variety and jungle gyms of different sizes. There plenty of helpful staff on hand as well.

The highlight was the hanging peddle helicopter in the sky and the volcano slides.

This place is recommended for both locals and tourist with small children, I will definitely be back around.

Also as usual there are the usual refreshment bars but this place is situated beneath a variety of restaurants and stores as it's in the bangkok one complex.

They do sell there own socks but your also welcome to bring your own Anti slip socks as I did with my baby. As some people have complained about the socks issue. The key word is the socks need to be Anti slip socks that grip the ground to...

Google Maps shows regular opening hours as 10:00 AM, so I brought my child at that time. It turned out that on weekdays they actually open at 10:30 AM. That alone isn’t a big issue — we were happy to wait. But then a very rude staff member gave me a disgusted and condescending look, as if I had committed some unforgivable mistake. She pointed at the opening hours sign on the door as if to say, “Don’t you know we’re not open yet?” That impatient expression was truly unacceptable.

In general, the staff at this place lack basic courtesy. As a play area for children, “smiling” should be the minimum standard of service. If they can’t even manage that, something is clearly wrong. I later found that this isn’t an isolated issue — I initially thought it was just this location, but after checking the reviews of other HarborLand branches, I saw similar complaints. This shows the company’s staff training is seriously inadequate.
