My girlfriend and I chose this restaurant as our third choice as all the restaurants at Bangkok One mall had waiting times. She ordered some type soup and I ordered a rice and curry with fried chicken. The picture showed a chicken breast and she asked the waitress if it was breast neat or thigh meat and the server said breast meat! About 15-20 minutes later they bring her soup and some awful looking chicken meat cut up on a plate! She called another server and said that I had ordered fried chicken breast with rice and curry! The server takes the plate back. My girlfriend would not eat until my food came out. About 20 minutes later I told her to eat and if they did not bring my plate out that I would get something else at another place! But she motioned for server and they went to the back and a few minutes later they came out with my food! It was the same sliced chicken that they had brought 25 minutes earlier! The chicken was not breast meat nor even thigh meat, but looked like a mish mash of cartelige and chicken with an over fried crust! (You can see the difference from the menu picture and what I was served! And as I said, it was the same chicken they brought out the first time without the curry and rice!) All I ate was the the rice and curry but was able to dig out a few little morsels of meat! The plate also had a few vegetables! I ate a piece of some type of squash that was cold, then tried a piece of lotus root that was like leather! My girlfriend said her soup was just ok but nothing special! We will never go...

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Ginger Farm Kitchen at One Bangkok is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm, vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for an incredible meal. While we arrived around lunchtime and knew there would be a wait, we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t long before we were seated, and the service was smooth and attentive throughout.

We started with refreshing Thai tea and a perfectly blended mango smoothie—both incredibly refreshing and the perfect way to kick off our meal. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the Northern-style Han Lay Pork Belly Curry. It was rich, aromatic, and had the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. Truly the highlight of the meal! The Northern-style Crab with Crab Paste was another standout, with deep and savory flavor that had us savoring every bite.

The Chiang Rai Fried Chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the Nam Prik Moo with fresh veggies offered a delightful contrast with its tangy, spicy kick. The Pork Belly Rice Noodle Salad had a fantastic balance of textures, and the Crab Meat Fried Rice was light, fragrant, and sweet, with succulent crab meat.

Every dish was beautifully presented, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re a lover of Thai food or just looking to try something new and exciting, Ginger Farm Kitchen at One Bangkok delivers an exceptional experience. Highly...

I walked into Ginger Farm Kitchen expecting just another run of the mill Thai restaurant but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. Specialising in Northern Thai cuisine, the dishes here are a true celebration of bold flavours, fresh herbs, and comforting textures, a reminder of just how wonderfully diverse Thai food can be.

I ordered the grilled chicken ginger rice and it was outstanding. The rice itself was the star, infused with ginger, garlic, and a medley of spices that blended beautifully, making every bite fragrant and savoury. The grilled chicken was perfectly tender, with the marinade seeping right through the meat, delivering a rich depth of flavour that paired wonderfully with the rice.

I also tried the minced meat omelette and it was pure comfort on a plate. The egg was unbelievably fluffy, with juicy minced pork and sweet onions folded in, making it rich, hearty, and incredibly satisfying.

When I told the staff I could not take spice, they were kind enough to guide me through the menu, pointing out which dishes were spicy and which were not. This thoughtful touch made the experience even more enjoyable.

Ginger Farm Kitchen proves that Northern Thai food is a treasure worth savouring, and even simple dishes can be transformed into something extraordinary when done right. I will definitely be...
