I highly recommend this restaurant. First of all, every meal is awesome. The chef, who is from Thailand has good skills to cook. I'm sure you can't decide to choose meals because they are all perfect. However, I recommend grilled pork neck with soy source and wasabi. This is the original dish of the owner. He is trying to mix Thai food and Japanese food for creating the new integration. He and the staff are very kind and gentle. 【立地】 ソイブッカオを北側に抜けたらすぐ右手。 中心部からも歩いて来れる立地ですし、ソンテウに揺られて向かってもすぐに行けます。

【ご飯】 他の方も書いていますが、百戦錬磨のパタヤ在住者・旅行者が口を揃えて「ここのコームヤーンはマジで美味い」と言うほど。 日本人向けの味付けにしてくれているのもありますが、一人前の量もちゃんと満足感があって︎︎👍です。 写真は卵でとじたものですが、米が一瞬で消えるので注意していただきたい。 もちろんビールともバチバチに合います。

【総評】 YouTubeにもチャンネルをお持ちの日本人経営者、UDさんのお店。 お客さんにも日本人が多く、初見のソロプレイヤーにも温かく優しい。 (常連ばっかりだったらどうしよう…)と思いつつ行きましたが、「いらっしゃい！まぁどうぞどうぞ」と超ウェルカム。 お客さんがまたお客さんを呼び、お店の雰囲気が出来てファンになっていく…という理想の光景な気がします。 また来たいと思ってしまうお店でした。

(追記) 店主UDさんに「酒飲めますか？」と聞かれた時には二つ返事で飲めます！なんて言わないように。かの有名なショットドリンク「UDボム」がこれ...
