Si tratta di un eccellente ristorante di cucina bolognese, il cui proprietario e chef (Dali') nato e cresciuto a Bologna e qui dopo aver frequentato corsi di cucina emiliana/romagnola, ha potuto maturare diverse esperienze nei vari ristoranti del capoluogo emiliano e, successivamente, si è trasferito ad Hammamet aprendo un suo ristorante in una strada accanto al mercato centrale. Il ristorante è piccolo con pochi tavoli e il menù è improntato alla cucina emiliana, comprendente tutti i piatti e specialità che hanno reso famosa Bologna nel mondo. Si parte dalle immancabili tagliatelle, tortellini e ravioli tutte rigorosamente fatte in casa dallo stesso chef, per finire alle crescentine e tutte le numerose specialità della città delle due torri. Ma nel corso della mia permanenza ad Hammamet ho potuto degustare anche altri piatti classici della cucina italiana come quella partenopea, pugliese e ligure, cucinati e serviti in maniera sapiente dallo chef Dali'. In sintesi si tratta di un ristorante di cucina italiana nella città di Hammamet altamente raccomandabile per la bravura dello chef, meritevole tra l'altro di apprezzamento anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che lo pone tra i miei ristoranti preferiti...
