Capricio — Restaurant in Maghreb

Came here for fillet steaks, when we arrived we sat down at the table and were ignored (staff were stood around talking) so we went and ordered from service desk. Staff served other later guests straight away. They had complimentary sides etc. We had a basket of bread dumped on the table. Ordered 3 steaks, 2 were actually perfectly cooked but third was Inedible due to fat and gristle. We apologised but said it was really bad. This was changed (again no apology or anything) and plate returned with all cold sides from earlier. 2nd steak was the same and also inedible. This was then deducted from the bill as it wasn't eaten. This was a shame as the other food was lovely. Staff were quite ignorant, ignored us and made us feel unwelcome which was a shame as 2 of the meals were so good. I do not recommend this place. I was here for lunch about a month ago. My food was not served after about 45 minutes of wait time. the place was not super busy, it was a weekday. I left without eating anything.
