This tour was top tier. The driver was on time for pick up and the ride to the balloon area was pretty close. Watching the balloons fill up and taking off was magical. The experience and skill that our pilot had operating the balloon was impressive to say the least. I never felt unsafe at any point. Absolutely incredible! Finished off our holiday in the best way possible. Originally booked with a different company and after some serious disappointment of a cancelled flight (too windy), we were informed that they would be unable to move the booking to the any of the next three days.
