I went to Tim Hortons -Raha Mall yesterday (12/01/2025) between 17.00 and 18.00 and had a terrible experience. My disabled husband and I went inside to place our food order. Coffee spills and leftover food littered nearly every dining table. At the end I found a seat in front of the supply area. No one showed up to take the order (it was not at all crowded). I went to the desk and put my own order. I was instructed to pick the items at the delivery counter. I assumed someone would host me for dine in case. While they are happily serving other white-skinned customers. according to your staff, while I checking told it is their regular customers.
I have a question. Only white people will be served food in your store; everyone else is beggars for food or what. Even we are paying the same money and purchasing from your esteemed outlet. Two male employees were contentedly helping others. I don't want to mention their names here. Based on their responses to our questions, they are aware of their behavior. Read moreI have been coming to this cafe for over a year now and Its one of my favorites because of the atmosphere, great service and solid pricing.
With that said I have been reconsidering of going to a different cafe mainly because there are two problems first the Internet keeps disconnecting, I can’t tell you how infuriating this is when it happens when you are working in a middle of something then suddenly the internet disconnects and then you have to login in over again using mobile number and e-mail, this can be solved with either buying a new or stronger router or just putting a one time login where you don’t have to relog after disconnecting.
Second is flies that keep popping up, I’m not sure if I can blame this on the cafe or the mall but this definitely is a problem.
But despite this i still give it a 5 star because it has an amazing atmosphere and the people who workers there are extremely nice and I hope I see an improvement with the problems...
Read moreI recently visited a Tim Hortons location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the customer service. The staff member named herry who assisted me was noticeably indifferent and cold in their demeanor. Instead of the friendly service I’ve come to expect, I felt rushed and unwelcome.
When I approached the counter, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, which set a negative tone for my visit. When I placed my order, the employee seemed disinterested and answered my questions with short, curt responses. It felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
The environment should be warm and inviting, especially in a coffee shop where people often seek a friendly atmosphere. Sadly, this particular interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service plays a crucial role in creating a...
