Very poor service, I went to collect safari permit stickers for desert safari vehicles it’s was 12 stickers only . I reached there at 12:53pm and they said you bring receipts as a hard copy I requested a lot to mr Abdullah that I came from Dubai , he said I don’t know , ok I went down I searched photo copy shop I did what he said I came back and gave him 12 copies of receipts and he said wait , after 20 minutes h came back to me and said you come tomorrow, I can’t give you know because it’s takes a lot of time and our shift finished at 3:30pm , the time was 1:43pm I told him plz help me I will wait give me some stickers at least for 3 cars , but he said no come tomorrow,, I’m very...

Be careful when booking Desert Safari!. There are a lot of illegal Safari cars and drivers who have no licence’s, registration, equipment ( SUV roll cage ) and insurance for the desert. I have already reported this officially several times, unfortunately the Tourism Department is not interested at all. Probably only when a serious accident occurs will anything be done. I personally saw an illegal car roll over in the desert. The guests could no be brought back home from the desert. Big problems arose. A desert safari for 25AED - 60AED cannot be a legal tour. Please invest in licensed and safe vehicles and drivers. It's about...
