I don't want to give any stars for my experience because it was the worst experience and customer service I received from SHAWERMAN. Firstly Order was placed from their website. When I received the call for confirmation the person could not speak any language properly. Simple order two shawarma's and Fries, I made sure that I write simple English so its easy to understand. All I asked was to bring Card Machine for payment.

After two hours of tracking for this small order they yet failed to deliver the order. After two hours of back and forth of constant tracking my order when I received the call I was told my order was delivered to the right address. Hey I am at home sitting and waiting I never heard any bell rang. Luckily I didn't pay online for this order. Imagine what if I would have paid the amount online and yet their driver delivered to some other person XYZ.

Worst experience ever, the person who called to confirm also argued with me that the order is delivered. If the order was delivered them I am still waiting.

I hope many people read this review so they should know what kind of experience you guys are giving to your customer.

📍 Location: Al Qasbaa, Canal Star Tower – Al Majaz 3, Sharjah 🛵 Order Method: We ordered on a Saturday afternoon via the Noon Food app. You can also dine in if you prefer a more casual restaurant vibe.

🍽️ What We Ordered:

🌯 Shawarma Box: A decent portion with juicy sliced meat, wrapped in warm bread and served with a side of fries 🍟, garlic sauce 🧄, and pickles 🥒. The meat was flavorful but slightly dry. The garlic sauce was mild, not very strong, so if you're a garlic lover, you might find it a bit underwhelming.

🍗 Broasted Chicken: Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Served hot with fries and a small coleslaw salad 🥗. The breading was well-seasoned but slightly oily. The chicken was cooked well and had a nice crunch.

🥣 Sauces & Sides: The sauces were okay — nothing too special. The salad was fresh but simple. Fries were hot and crispy, which is always a plus.

📱 Convenience: Ordering through Noon Food was quick and easy. Delivery arrived on time, and the packaging was neat and secure. You can also order directly from the Shawerman app or dine in if that’s your preference.

👍 Overall Experience: It’s a decent place for a quick bite if you’re craving shawarma or fried chicken. Not the best in town, but definitely worth trying once. If they improve their sauces and portion sizes, it could be much better.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. My wife and I ordered takeout and then decided to try something new by ordering chicken bubbles to eat at the table. We sat down, started eating our takeout while waiting for the new dish to arrive so it wouldn’t get cold. But then, the staff came over and rudely told us we couldn’t eat our takeout there. We explained that we were waiting for more food from their restaurant and were just tasting our takeout in the meantime. The staff member was extremely disrespectful, insisting that not even the owner’s son could eat takeout food on the premises. This is absurd. We were literally paying customers, and they had the nerve to stop us from eating food that we had bought from their own restaurant!

To make matters worse, my wife is 8 months pregnant, and I even told them that she should be allowed to stay and eat while waiting for her order. The staff member, without any hesitation, said, “I don’t care, we can’t allow you to sit and eat.” It’s beyond rude and completely heartless to treat paying customers like this.

I ended up paying for everything, leaving the food on the table, and walking out. Honestly, this place is a joke. The staff is rude, the service is horrendous, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for professionalism and decent customer service, go to Laffah instead.
