You can tell from my account I don’t usually write reviews but when I do it’s either too good or toooooo bad that’s it deserves it.

1 star is too much wallah for this restaurant, starting from the service, very rude, lying, and clueless servants, it was already a red flag, they lie about tables being off service, they lie that restaurant is not serving food at this time, they will not cooperate if you ask them for help to merge tables, they will not answer you if you asked for menu, I was begging the servant to get the menu for 10 minutes straight and still got ignored 😂, wallah I felt like “شحات" and sorry for the word but it’s the only one that can describe how I felt, now the only reason that made me stay after all of that is I was with my big family and the 2 other restaurants at the spot were full and booked (well I knew this one gone be bad but didn’t expect this! 🤣) + it was iftar time and we were really hungry,

food is meh and below average Lebanese and to make it worse we ordered 2 mixed BBQ for a big table and they put them together in 1 plate so we thought it’s only 1 and asked the servant if we can split it in 2, he said there is another plate coming, half the table starting thinking another plate is coming right, anyways long story short it was the only plate and they were not even sorry for that 😂😂😂😂, to make things worst the portion is toooo little for a massive price, me and my family laughed it off but really this restaurant manager/owner whoever it’s should really do a constructive work, think why your restaurant at this wonderful spot with great view is almost empty at iftar time when the one right be side is overbooked and people are literally queuing lines for tables,...

The Baddest food and dealing Experince ever. I will start from the last with ( superviser ) called (mustafa) which he is very rude and careless in dealing and speaking with people. I have tell the waiter to call the restaurent manager when the bill comes, because I marveled because they have add the VAT on the free meal from smiles !!!!!!

And when I am negotiating him about it he tell me : ( and what a problem it’s just a 3 dirham I will pay it from my pocket ) !!!!!!! What a person he is ?!! Should we blame the managment of the restaurent or Al MAJAZ WATERFRONT management to alow a people like those to work there and give a very bad reputation to this wonder place !!!??? About the food ( Neutrally ) : I have order 2 meals which are : Levantine mixed grill : it didn’t come any close to the arabic or international grills with a strange taste in lamb chops . I can’t describe it more than that . Chicken cordon bleu : a very thick coating on chicken with a lot of oil and no flavour.!!! At the first when I sit and they know that I want to use smiles , they refuse me for a what reason !!!!!!?? Because I am alone and they said that it should be 2 persons and above .!?!??!!! I don’t know what to say more. That was my horrible...

We had an amazing experience at Levantine Restaurant in Sharjah Al Majaz on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Our group of 20 students had a reservation, which was seamlessly arranged two days in advance by the Manager, Mr. Mohamed Arif. From the very first interaction, he was incredibly polite, friendly, and accommodating.

Upon arrival, everything was perfectly set up—the tables and chairs were arranged thoughtfully, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. Mr. Mohamed Arif personally assisted us with the menu, providing excellent recommendations and explaining the restaurant’s best sellers. His patience and hospitality truly stood out.

The food was outstanding! The appetizers were flavorful, and the salads were generously portioned, easily sharable among three people. We opted for the mixed grilled platter, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and full of authentic Lebanese flavors.
