The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Mr. Ahmed, whose friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. His enthusiasm for the products they offer was contagious, and he was more than willing to share his knowledge about the different cuts of meat and their preparation.

Read moreDisappointed about the iftar menu for two people. When I asked they said it is enough for two people. It had a neck meat which was very small and not even enough for 1 person (80% if it is bones) . We finished and we felt still Hungry even my wife who does not eat much felt same. I had to order another neck and I was assuming the price was less than the iftar menu itself. This time the neck was bigger in size than the first one and the price higher than the iftar menu for 2 ...when I asked about why it is that expensive they said because the iftar is a kind of promoted. If this is the case why no one told us that it would cost that much. Alsl your iftar menu is not really discounted it is just that you are saving big on the food cost by reducing the amount of protein you serve in the iftar menu which is shame tbh. The purpose of Iftar is generosity and we can see how greedy you are in your iftar menu. You need to serve your fasting customer a decent meal wirh enough protein even if you have to increase the price rather than selling something cheap with does not fulfil their need. I would say I had a bad customer experience today.i ended up paying 430 AED for an iftar for 2 people. This is the price I usually pay in texts de beazil or chamas where and where I get an unlimited meat. Please be more transparent with...

Second to have service in your table before the people who seated after you BUT was not.
The manager came and I complained thought after highlighting the lake of set up and plates which should be placed, service should improve with manager guidance BUT was not.
When you see the good handler wearing gloves, thatâs not the hygiene practice to satisfy you, cause they are holding plates while their finger inside the food, holding the plates from top, they thinking the gloves is hygienic BUT itâs not.
The sequence of service for them is very simple, should be on top of every details mentioned BUT...
