I recently visited New Shanghai Restaurant, and I must say, it was one of the most delightful dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel welcome. The ambiance was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed — the perfect setting for a relaxing meal.
Now, let’s talk about the food — absolutely outstanding! Every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic Chinese flavors, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could truly tell that the chefs put their heart into every dish. Whether it was the starters, main course, or desserts, everything exceeded my expectations.
However, what really made the experience exceptional was the amazing customer service. A huge appreciation to Anil, who took care of us throughout our visit. He was extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. It’s rare to see such dedication and professionalism — his service truly made our evening special.
I also noticed how well the entire staff worked together — efficient, friendly, and always smiling. It created such a positive and pleasant atmosphere. It’s clear that this restaurant not only values good food but also believes in giving their customers a memorable experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend New Shanghai to anyone looking for authentic Chinese cuisine and top-notch service. Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or even alone, this place will make you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon — thank you to the entire team, and especially Anil, for making my visit so wonderful!

On the positive side, the service was friendly and quick. Wish they could have done better. But guess its back to the old favorites, Din Tai Fung and...
