When its good its good but recently thats one time in three.

Chicken was actually crunchy/dry/chewy and the burger bun is often black all the way around. Totally dehydrated throughout and had to be torn apart to eat almost. I guess after a pink chicken complaint they are now erring on the side of caution and blasting it.

The piri fries taste amazing but are occasionally floppy and under cooked. Sometimes you only get a few on top with the flavour on and sometimes theres so much it takes your breath away (id prefer the latter) haha.

Wedges are always perfect!

Beef Burgers are fine too.

The ben and jerrys icecream was rancid at the bottom. Pure gone off milk from being refrozen many times or something. The icecream didnt always have the seal on either and was pretty much defrosted on arrival each time.

They have such a unique flavour and quality taste but its just so inconsistent. Delivery time ranges from 30 mins to 1hr and a half but 50 minutes is the average maybe as im on the edge of ashford right up by the motorway. The drivers are always saying sorry sorry as they run up to my door. The Drivers are cool.

They have good deals on the app but when you spend £15 for one person and its terrible it puts you off taking the risk very often.

I want them to improve so i can enjoy it more often. Can the manager just do a secret order and try the food himself once a month to see how the...

Made an order via foodhub for collection. An hour and a half later I got tired of waiting for the food so I called to cancel the order, but 'apparently', the food was just standing there for the whole hour and a half... The 'live' status never changed from 'Still Cooking' and they never thought of giving me a call. Sadly, I cannot comment on the food, but customer service was very poor... Good food, always hot, sometimes a bit bashed about (the younger driver) or wrong flavours but its cheaper than kfc and feels a bit more like a real meal.
