Oh dear! I have used Adel since they opened. Sometimes perfect but when they get it wrong, disaster. Portions since going online are half the size. Not really am issue but price has increased 30% too. As a local , you hope for consistent service when the main stay of business, presumably students are absent. Today, order on-line, an hour to wait. That's ok. Phoned 50 mins later, order of chicken donor, one stable kebab shop, not available. Why not call earlier! Offered chicken shish. Lovely for some but not what my wife wanted, it happened before when they arrived on doorstep with it. We told then please take away. Cancelled order. My message, if you offer on-line, contact when order placed if food not available Do not turn up with different order. Last chance for me, next time if poor service. My message will go to all. One of the best kebab takeaways I found in Bath. Opens everyday and operates from 4pm-11pm. Came here quite often when I stayed nearby the area.

I frequently ordered their kebabs, wraps and pizza. The portions were quite big, and the prices were reasonable. They were full of flavours and delicious. All the foods were halal. There's times when the staff gave me discounts for being a regular. The prices were detailed in the picture below as of January 2024.

The service can vary depending on the staff you're dealing with. Sometimes I dealt with an unfriendly staff (impression matters!), but many of the times I dealt with funny and friendlier one. They won't got your orders wrong if you emphasize the details when ordering.

Adels used to be great and my go to place for burgers and kebabs. but the last two orders have come incomplete and incorrect. One didn't have the desert I ordered, the one last night had a burnt burger bun for my partner and my kebab ordered WITH ALL salad, had none, they did send salad to me after I rang and complained but you should not have to. By the time the salad arrived it was all cold - and who would eat kebab without the salad?

I fear that their success means that they do not give the attention to orders and clients they once did. A real shame i wont...
