One More Tea — Restaurant in Bath

Don’t order from this place on Uber Eats. The order experiences I had from here have never been always happy.

First: often I tried ordering handmade noodle, but I’ve never had it for uber eats. It’s always udon noodle instead, which is obviously a frozen cheap one you can buy anywhere. If they ran out of handmade noodle, AT LEAST leave a note saying you guys ran out on the product, or don’t show it as an option on Uber Eats.

Second: when ordering bubble tea or any kind of tea with toppings, 70% of the time they’ll get the order wrong. Wrong toppings, tapioca running out, etc. I understand tapioca running out at late time of the day - but putting lychee jelly instead of tapioca for my friend’s order when they got mine (tapioca and lychee jelly) correct, putting other topping instead of tapioca WITHOUT NOTICE, etc is just disappointing service.

If there’s any ingredients not available, then let the customer know by post note stuck on the order, or just delete it from an option from UberEats page. I really like the food and drink here, that’s why I order (also depend on time because everything close early in Bath). But getting the order wrong nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME is just frustrating. And barely no refund from UberEats...

We are Malaysians and to see some of the items such as Hainanese Chicken Rice, Rendang Beef and Nasi Goreng on the Menu is so heart warming. We ordered the Mapo Tofu, Fried Fish Rice Noodles in Creamy Broth, and Fried Pork Chop Curry and Rice, all were delicious, however the Mapo Tofu isn't to our taste. We might go for some other items on the menu as there are plenty to choose from. The portions are generous. My son who had the Pork Chop finished his plate very quickly, and he said its very tasty. We will definitely be back to sample other dishes on offer in the future, good value for money. P. S, there is a more detailed Menu on Uber Eat...

This really was the worse bit of food we ever ever ordered!!! Never mind the worse Chinese ! We had to re-steam the pancakes which were all stuck together and so floury and doughy they were inedible . In the bin! The crispy duck was a joke hardly a mouth full dry and tasteless. The dumplings were steamed so should be light and thin however huge blocks of dough with again no taste! With a small pot of just vinegar for dipping! 😝 Even the cucumber and spring onion were limp and old.... seriously never never again!!
