This was my first time visiting The Hatch on the Falls Road, and I was thoroughly impressed. The eating area was clean and tidy, creating a pleasant atmosphere to sit and enjoy a meal.

The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out, though, was the first-class service. The person who served us was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I can’t get over how good this place is. We wanted a change from the city centre and went on a very sunny April day to Hatch. We were quick to be served and were able to sit outside. The interior of the cafe is fab and the service also great. Lovely people working there and very prompt service. Nice vibe also with people of all ages. My partner and I both got a Coffee and breakfast wrap. These were amazing, the breakfast wrap being difficult to finish it was so packed. My Sister-in-Law is visually impaired. She has been in this Cafe several times whilst attending appointments at the Royal Hospital. She always has great things to say about the food and service. Recently, she had a late appointment, but she called in late afternoon to see if she could get a cup of tea while waiting for her Taxi home. Tony and Toni? were so kind to her when there was a mix-up with Taxis, and stayed with her even after they officially shut to make sure she got a lift OK.
