Disappointed contacted them as my son has lost an engraved memeto to see if it can be replaced. Despite initial really helpful responses saying they could and would look at engraving it although no longer done as well and asked to provide my details for a cost been waiting over two weeks. The store has a good range of Titanic-themed gifts and local souvenirs, including books, clothing, and some nice artisan-made items. It’s easy to access, even without a ticket to the museum, which is convenient. That said, some of the merchandise felt a bit gimmicky — like rubber ducks and teddy bears in captain uniforms — which didn’t really fit the tone of the Titanic’s story.
