This was our first visit to the Paper Cup and it is a lovely place. The service is great, the place is clean (toilets are spotless) and well decorated. The tables and chairs are well placed although the chairs are a little uncomfortable and could do with a cushion. It is light and airy with an excellent view of the Titanic building and the Nomad (White Star's only surviving vessel). There is a good choice of hot and cold beverages. We confirmed they were still open and proceeded to order two pumpkin spice lattes. The employee continued to be irritable and rude throughout our interaction. We left feeling very uncomfortable but chalked it up to them having a bad day. Read moreI'm giving two stars purely for the lovely guy who served me today, he actually deserved five stars for having to work with the rude woman who also works here. She's a zero star review on her own btw... We were recommended this place and it looks lovely, I had a really amazing scone and would have gone back regularly only for the stinking attitude of said woman. Sadly you are several customers down now as both my daughters have started Belfast Met so we would have been definite regulars, we'll be trying the other coffee...
