I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience we had at your restaurant recently. Despite spending nearly £250, we encountered several serious issues that marred our evening.

Firstly, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The lamb curry meat was icy cold, making it inedible. As a result, none of us could eat our meals, which was incredibly disappointing.

Additionally, the upstairs room was filled with smoke, making it impossible to enjoy our time there. This not only created an uncomfortable environment but also posed a potential health risk.

A late night meal as most places were closed. The place was very busy after midnight with most tables busy. Large groups of people with starters and main courses. We ordered a Chicken Tikka with Naan and a 1/2 KG Chicken Karahi (Extreme Hot) with 3/4 Rotis. The Chicken Tikka was extremely bland, I took one bite and never tried it again. Unedible. The Chicken Karahi was not spicy as requested, but had green Jalapéno dropped on there. It tasted average but nothing spectacular. The Tandoori Roti was fresh, crispy and the only thing positive.
