Namra did my party hair and make up with jhumar , maang tika and dupatta setting it was sooooo beautiful and stunning the whole Look was soooo regal and many people asked me about my make up and where I got it done and complimented on my look Namra and Anum were so kind to me so polite understood my requirements . Namra squeezed my appointment in despite busy schedule I’m indebted to her and my first Birmingham visit was a memorable one because of Namra!!!! What a lovely experience to get my make up done by her she is such an expert she did my eye brow make up so well never saw my eyebrows looked so perfect and highlighted my features so perfectly it couldn’t be better she is extremely experienced and highly skilled bless her !!!!!!! Her make up is excellent !!!! The finishing of my make up was of high standard , flawless finish my skin looked radiant ,,,soft, clear and bright with perfect neat eye make up … she uses high quality branded products and works so well under time pressure ,,,…. I wish she lives close to my home I would always get her help with my make up !!!!!! My jhumar was soooo heavy it never stayed in place in my hair but Namra expertly fixed it so well it dint move at all even after the party and make up lasted for sooooo long and I couldn’t help taking many selfies !!!! Went for a blowout and it was nothing like what I expected. The lady did not know what she was doing and kept talking about next time book a proper blowout eventhough that what I booked and paid for. I have nano extensions in my hair and they absolutely fried it. Didn’t use any heat protector, just some weird serum which felt like it made my hair feel greasy. She used hair spray whilst frying my hair on full heat! Another lady came and started curling my hair with a straightener. And I bought my own rollers as I normally do with all my hair appts, when I asked for her to put them in, they said they’d charged £45 instead of the normal £30 for it. I refused to pay 45 as I was told something different on the phone. They just wanted me out of the salon and to take my money too. I took the rollers out when I got home as they were put in such a messy manner and could not walk around looking like that. Not only that when I went back to my hair extension salon, they said my beads were completely burnt to toast. What a waste of time and money now gonna have to get my extensions refitted too. I had a previous experience where my skin was burnt and they barely removed any hair and where I was soo disappointed with the service 2years ago at this salon but had since visited again for a haircut which I loved soo decided this Eid I would visit for a face wax again. Big mistake the lady waxed my skin off and left hair everywhere I had a terrible Eid because I couldn’t even apply make up due to my skin burning even the next day and the patches of skin that was missing my face is raw and I have never had this in any other salon I seriously feel the waxing and threading staff need more training and I can’t believe I paid £20 to ruin my face not to mention my face is scabbed now and will scar. I have tried calling them for help before this review and no one answers the phone for the last 3days I wanted to see if anyone could help my skin as it’s ruined.
