World of beauty — Local services in Birmingham

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I used this company initially in 2012 to do semi permanent eyebrows and they were ok, therefore i thought all would be well to re-use them, so i rebooked to get my eyebrows done and my appointment was booked for Oct /November last year (2020), the first appointment went ahead fine (obviously as they were being paid) but when it came to my second appointment to get them retouch as a retouch was needed, it was cancelled which was initially due to the technician being unwell, it was then rearranged and then cancelled a further x2 times the last cancellation was due to covid (totally understandable) and then i was told id be contacted once out of lock down we have been out of lock down for months and the company has not called me or rebooked me and ive been left with faded unfinished eyebrows, totally unprofessional, im having to reach out to new companies to redo them, bearing in mind i have paid world of beauty. At the same time i had other appointments at Skulpt and other companies and each company called me and rebooked immediately very professional. I would not use World of Beauty again, totally unprofessional and dated, in order to get my brows done i had to draw my shape and a good artist should be able to draw a suitable shape for your face, there are so many companies out there i recommend...

At world of Beauty you really do receive a 5 star quality service. The Manager and staff are extremely courteous and attend to your every need. I have had many treatments at World of Beauty and I would like to personally recommend the Saprano Ice Laser treatment. I invested in this treatment recently and I have been totally blown away with my results. I have had 5 treatments of laser in the past year and I am totally hair free. YES! Totally hair free. I have been visiting World of Beauty in Edgbaston since it opened last year, I can highly recommend. The salon is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. Kam who does my treatments does an amazing job and always makes me feel at ease. The whole atmosphere makes you feel special from the surroundings to the family feeling as soon as you walk in .
