We went looking for Edgbaston Village from Broad St where we had an appointment. Frankly, it wasn’t worth it. The new tram extension takes you to the ‘village’ but it’s just an area of Edgbaston with a few shops. I’m sure it’s lovely when the market is on but it wasn’t on the day we visited. As we already knew that part of Edgbaston we left pretty soon. That said Edgbaston is a beautiful area, it’s green and leafy, the Physician is a lovely pub, Neptune sells great furniture and the buildings are smart. Read moreThis is a really lovely area to visit. Regular artisan market which is one of the best we've been to, selling food, drink and crafts/art. Gorgeous art gallery, shops, bars and restaurants.
