LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE............... Having had liposuction surgery, I was keen on where to go and if they are well experienced.

I researched a couple of lymphatic therapists and "Restore Harmony" pop up. After speaking to the therapist (Charene), she sounded promising, so I booked my 1st lymphatic massage.

On my 1st consultation, she explained the benefits of lymphatic massage and the procedure. Being a registered nurse, I notice the therapist knows her anatomy of the lymphatic system, which is promising.

I had my therapy in a very quiet and nice atmosphere, away from the hassle and bustle of noise. It was a very relaxing therapy I have ever had.

I had 1 hour full body massage. The therapist knows which part of my body to target and how deep to massage. I felt so rejuvenated and a brand new person after my 1st session. I was able to bend when dressing after my massage, which I couldn't do after my liposuction surgery.

The therapist advised me and talked to me through my healing process. She is such an amazing person.

I must say this, at the end of each lymphatic massage I head straight towards the "Loo" to empty my bladder. Research shows that it's the methods the body uses to eliminate lymph waste from the body. Making this type of therapy very good for me as a post surgery patient.

After my 1st massage, I booked a set of 5 sessions. And another 9 sessions after the 5. Because the transformation and relief I gained from the therapy is mind-blowing. After all my sessions, I will continue with this therapy as a lifestyle.

I have gained rapid recovery after my surgery, and my swollen has disappeared fast. I am able to sleep well, have good body movements, and I am more flexible (back to my baseline). The lipo sides of my body have transformed into a beautiful silhouette, all thanks to a good after care therapist at "Restore Harmony."

Just to give some context as to why I’m giving this lady 5 stars. I had previously had what was supposed to be a LMD massage by another clinic and they left me in pain with a lot of increased swelling and irritation, they used a lot of pressure even over my tummy tuck incision area just weeks after surgery. That wasn’t a professional lymphatic drainage massage, it shouldn’t hurt and I also notice the directions she was using wasn’t correct to what I had researched online.

Now for the good news, Restore Harmony is 100% qualified for this type of treatment, yes it’s a little more money than some clinics, but your paying for the qualifications and knowledge this clinic brings. I was met with a smiling friendly face, and immediately felt at ease, the room has a perfect relaxing atmosphere to it, and a very comfortable chair if you’re bringing someone with you. She would always check in with me to ask if I felt ok, and explained everything she was doing.

I left feeling extremely relaxed, safe and comfortable. I booked my next appointment straight away as this wonderful lady is in high demand, I now understand why!

Lovely experience. I Tried a 20min face lymphatic drainage massage for the first time, great experience. Beautiful space and relaxing environment. Charene was very professional and explained what the treatment was about and made me feel very comfortable. If like myself you have mobility needs, just be aware that there are a few steps to access the treatment room, but the therapist is very accommodating and up on exit the steps are very minimal. I look forward to booking again and buying gift cards for my loved ones to have treatments...
