First and last time using after having a menu posted through our door..The guy on the phone who took my order was really rude.After i said if i could have salad and garlic mayo on my kebab he very abruptly shouted down the phone saying "well why didnt i ask for that in the first place!!" I replied by saying i thought you normally ask! Anyway our order came to £12:39 in which i should have received a free garlic bread with cheese from an order of over £10..it came bang on 45minutes and when the driver came i asked where our garlic bread was,he said only on a weekend!....and otherwise you have to ask for your free bread!!!!!! He apologised for the bad practise of the shop and the rude man on the phone...i took photos of my so called special mix kebab which had 3 pieces of lamb,no salad and was all...

I ordered a CLASSIC chicken burger and one chicken FILLET burger, 2 classics came, one of which barley had any salad on whatsoever, so I rang back to explain and GOT TOLD my order was sent out correctly when it was WRONG, whoever was on the phone at that specific time was awfully RUDE!! After a discussion that was clearly going no where I hung up, me and my partner put it to the side and began to eat, for him then to find a long black hair in his garlic mayo dip, which then put us off our food completely. Right now I'm appalled by the rudeness and complete lack of hygenine. Such ashame ( thank you to the delivery driver though, he was lovely and...

The chicken kebab on pitta or nan are amazing. You get a very lot of chicken that is cooked to perfection. The pizza and garlic bread are delicious with lots of topping. The reason we haven't given a 5* is the chips let them bown. They are chewy rather than crispy. I am not sure if it is down to the fact they are cooked and re heated. Or is it the chips they are buying. Come on guys your chips are letting you down and we are not the only ones who say it, but possiblely not...
