Absolutely shocking customer service the server was to busy on his phone the whole time i was ordering the burger looks like it was put together using a catapult bread bun was stale missing items from the selected chicken burger the salad was all brown definitely not fresh and the chicken burger was so dry it wasn't edible and the chips was freezing cold and the gravy just tasted like water but looked like brown water 🤢 the can supplied with my meal had something all over the top of it looked like the brown water (gravy) but it was taken out of the fridge so i refused it and asked for a fresh one with a terrible look from the server that was to busy on his phone again So I'll give 1 star for the replacement can as it was the only thing worth consuming

Last went here when it was Allen’s fried chicken - so several years ago. Tried for the first time since it had a revamp and changed to Wingville a few nights ago and we really enjoyed it.

They have added milkshakes and cakes to the menu, which we tried and were both good. We had the family variety meal which was £13 and included 6 pieces of chicken, 10(I think) chicken wings, 3 x chips, large gravy and large beans. Plus a bottle of Pepsi. I would say that is quite good value. All of the food seemed hot/fresh and tasted good, even though we ordered late at night.

I commented to my partner that the chicken wings had a lot more meat on them than the equivalent from KFC.

I don't like to give only 3 stars but this place needs to find some consistency. When they do it right the wild wings are unbeatable, but they sometimes undercook them and ruin your meal . Same with burgers the warmer is a little too low on temperature and the burger when delivered arrives almost cold. A shame because it's a nice tasty burger. The gravy and chips are good. The monte quente hot wings are amazing. I find if you go into the shop itself and collect you get a better chance of them cooking it right . But delivered its a 50/50 chance. This place has the potential to be a 5 star takeaway for me . They need to get on the ball and make sure the food...
