I don't usually do reviews but this place has gotten on my last nerve. To start, over two years ago my friend was racially profiled and kicked out of the shop for speaking their home language. I decided to not go to this store ever again due to this. Today I was looking for tteokbokki and my normal shop was out so I went here as a last resort. After looking around for ~10 minutes I decided to ask a worker where it is. She immidiately started huffing and puffing exremely agitated that I needed help. Whatever. we all have those days. She points me to Tapioca pearls and says its here how did you not see this? I said tteokbokki not tapioca. She asked me what that was and I told her it is Korean rice cakes in the shape of a finger. So rude and unprofessional. What a horrible way to treat your employee and your customer. It's just a refund it's not that serious. I don't think I will shop there again seeing how the manager threw...

Insist for a receipt and check it carefully before you leave. Recently they charged me £4 for an item that was only 40p. The female cashier claimed it was an accident, but this accident happened more than once now. ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE
DONT USE A BASKET They will ask you to put it back where it belongs. Even Tesco doesn't ask...
