The Mount Without — Attraction in Bristol

I went to the breathwork, yoga, and sound healing event last night, (hosted by Lucy) and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The venue—The Mount Without—is a stunning 900-year-old church, and the atmosphere alone had such a calming effect on me. The attention to detail in the space is amazing; there's this beautiful infinity sign hanging from the ceiling, and it really brought home the idea of endless connection between mind, body, and soul.

What really stood out was the ceiling—it’s painted to look like a blue sky with clouds, and it’s just so mesmerising. It felt like I was lying under the open sky, which added to the whole sense of peace and calm. It’s such a magical place, and it’s perfect for events like this that focus on love, healing, and alignment.

By the end of the session, I felt like my soul had settled back into my body, and I left feeling so much more centered and aligned. I can’t wait for the next event and would recommend this to anyone who needs to reconnect with themselves in a truly...

I don't often give a 5 star rating but in this case it is so well deserved. The occasion was my daughter's wedding (vows & rings ceremony) conducted by a friend of theirs. This venue is absolutely awesome in its interior decor and contains all the modern day facilities to host a variety of events comfortably. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, during the meal they were informative, attentive (but not in your face) and appropriately humorous. The night time party, in the Crypt, was also a great event, a little loud but that was no fault of the venue. The staff very much in the background but always on hand. My wife is a wheelchair user and although there was no inside means of getting between levels it was not too difficult using the outside paths, staff were more than willing to help out. Choosing The Mount Without as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made – it’s an absolutely stunning space, full of character, history, and warmth. But what made it extra special was the incredible team behind it.

From the very beginning, Emma was so helpful, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. Her organisation and attention to detail kept us relaxed and confident that everything was in safe hands – and it absolutely was.

On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and was beautifully executed by Emma and the rest of the team. We were able to completely enjoy the day knowing it was all being taken care of so seamlessly. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and professional, adding to the joyful and welcoming atmosphere that made the day feel so special.
