Jacks is a wonderful person, but also so knowledgable and a very calming presence. She appreciates the sentimental value of engagement and wedding jewellery and works hard to help make your visions come to life.

In my case, Jacks adapted my late Grandma's engagement ring so it fit my hand and personal style a bit better, whilst retaining all the things I'd loved about my Grandma's ring. The end result is so beautiful and I am so happy I trusted Jacks to do this work for me.

I tried reaching out to a lot of jewellers who wouldn't even give me a quote and just wanted to sell me something new. Jacks understood the sentimentality of the piece and patiently worked with me. I also left some of the style choices to Jacks, because I loved her style and the pieces she had made for others. I'm so glad I did, because it gave me something to look forward to and allowed Jacks to do what she does best: create something which is perfect for the stone(s) and the customer.

Jacks Turner is an incredibly skilled jeweller who really cares about her customers. I arrived with a heirloom diamond ring with a missing diamond hoping to redesign my broken engagement ring. After a lot of discussion, including showing me examples of her work and sharing her expertise, Jacks offered to source a selection of contrasting sapphires to create the effect I liked best. I returned to choose my sapphire and again to check the fit. From my old and broken jewellery Jacks Turner created a stunning diamond and sapphire Trilogy ring which is beautiful, modern and so practical to wear. She also worked on my wedding ring to make it match the new modern effect. Whilst I was there Jacks Turner showed me a stunning diamond pendant necklace and suggested I could use my great grandmother’s diamond to produce a similar one. When the chain she showed me was more expensive than I was prepared to pay, she took the time to find a better alternative which was made in the UK, and more beautiful. Once upon a time, a young lady sang for our soldiers during the first world war, which earned her this prestigious medal. When she died, her grandson kept it, saying it was the most special and treasured possession he owned. That same man proposed to me, on my birthday, at the top of the Burj Kalifa in Dubai. He proposed with that medal, telling me that he wanted to see that medal every day on my finger 🥹 He finds me a jeweller to do this and tells me I must have diamonds. I tell him I too want to honour the proposal itself by having my own birthstone. Walking through our vision, we met @jacks.turnerjewellery who helped us reimagine and transform this 100 year old medal into our engagement ring.
