ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC !

Had the worst experience last night! We ordered a pizza after we saw my sister had received one from the same place

Firstly we ordered the pizza then called back 30 seconds later to change the order, we were told the pizza was already in the oven so thought okay we will let them off.

Then the pizza came and we compared the box to my sister's large pizza and it was half the size (small) I told the driver im not paying 17 quid for a small pizza who had an attitude and said 'not my problem call them up.'

I called up pizza go go and the man speaking on the phone called me a liar and that I had received a large pizza so I was persistent and said I was only willing to spend £15, which was still too much. He put me on hold and called the driver up and told him to give me the £15 back and take the pizza back with him. Which is terrible customer service. I thought he was going to honour it but instesd took the pizza and left.

ANYWAY thanks for saving us from spending £18 because funnily enough my sister's LARGE pizza had enough slices for us to munch on and I've got to say it was bloody tasty and I didn't spend a thing haha.

Gotta give you 10/10 for being pathetic and 10/10 for poor customer service

Waited over an hr and a half for two cold pizzas to arrive stone cold!! For a delivery driver not to do his job and deliver the pizza's to my door I had to collect them from his car!!

That's not wait I paid over £35.00 pounds for!! We called the store about the cold pizzas the guy on the phone said the manager will call you in an hr.

He'll no I drove back to the shop where a sexist staff member of staff ignored me and refunded my partner. They were quick to take my money but because I am a feamle they wouldn't handle my complaint!!

Keep you cold disgusting pizza we will never be ordering from you again!! We are not the 1st complaint made to your shop about poor customer service and...

Vomit - their pizza made me vomit and made me feel sick for the whole weekend
