Morrisons you've had long enough to reduce your plastic waste now and it isn't going fast enough. The sale of pré wrapped vegetables has to stop. Selling things by the kilo allows poorer people equality. Not in ten years. just please Do it now. You are responsible for us living in a sad polluted nightmare world. It's on all our heads but YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE IT. You have to cooperate with this. Here's proof that you don't do enough. Hardly a vegetable in sight that isn't covered in plastic. Two types of 🍅 out of 13 on offer loose. It's nothing to do with freshness, It's all about selling more than people need. You'd cut food waste in half if you sell things loose. Look at the photos. Also, your disabled toilet is a disgrace. And the ladies is closed. Nowhere to wash your hands!!! It hardly ever gets cleaned properly, it's always in a bad state of repair. The toilet roll is frequently empty. I definitely don't believe that out of your Morrisons reported full-year EBITDA up 6.5% to £970m for 2024 that you are unable to tackle both these issues. It's disgusting.

The store was disgusting, floors look like they have never been cleaned, trolleys for babies not left under cover like the rest of the trolleys and were stiff and wouldn't love so ended up with a normal trolley that I had to put the car seat in. Womens toilets were not open (looks like they were being gutted, no sign to say anything about what was going on) so used baby changing toilet and was vile rubbish every where looked like it hadn't seen a cleaner all day. No-one at customer service desk they had to get someone to call another person. Was staff stood around on their phones I'm very shocked for a morrisons store.

This Morrisons is a good local supermarket for me to visit as it contains all that I may need to live. There's a lot of brands here that aren't sold in either ALDI or Lidl which are adjacent to Morrisons. I find a big problem with Morrisons is the increased price compared to the other stores but its convenience definitely means I come here a lot. The lighting at the entrance of the store is quite a problem, it usually smells upon entry as plants are left in the entrance, and security here don't seem to have any energy at all.

Morrisons, Fishponds. I used to love shopping here, a couple of times a week, but now try and avoid it sadly, there are never any hand baskets on entry to the store. On my last 3 visits I have had to walk through the hand basket tills to get one as none by the door or by the security gates, frustrating when you walk with a walking aid and have to push through the hand baskets tills, the wrong way, to get a basket! Even worse when the 1 member of staff on duty tells you off for not being in the queue for the tills and for coming in the wrong way!! Once is a slip up, but three times is not acceptable! After finishing shopping 20 mins later, there were still no baskets!

Seems to be a lack of staff, albeit those you have are usually found in a huddle, chatting!

Why oh why does the Evening Post papers have to be do far from all the other papers, esp when you have to push through people queuing for cigarettes etc to get to them!

Also having to slalom through fresh food aisles because of loaded crates with no staff in site and empty shelves as produce still in crates - surely this is a h&s issue on account of food warming at least yet alone a challenge for disabled people like me! Lack of selection / empty shelves certainly down to deliveries not being put out in a timely manner.

A few weeks ago I was carrying a hand basket when the zip on my bag got caught in it, I went over to the self serve conveyor belt so I could at least rest it on there and was struggling for a good 10 minutes with no staff in site. I then spotted one and asked for help, before I could explain what had happened she was walking away saying, sorry I can't help you. I ended up calling to a male staff member who struggled with me, found something to prise the zip off, which, unfortunately snapped the zip pully, but I was just pleased to be free!

I haven't been in cafe for a long while as staff clearly aren't happy in their work and by the time our breakfasts were served our...

My wife and I called in to Morrisons Sunday to buy a few groceries and as we entered the store we were tempted by the sign outside as we had not yet had lunch. This advertised gammon egg and chips for the amazing price of £3. We were pleased to see that the cafe was not too busy with about 10 people sat at tables, so we ordered two coffees and the 'special'. We were surprised to find that options were also available, including pineapple instead of egg and mushy peas or normal peas or beans. Well, we sat down and drank the coffees in anticipation, after half an hour however, with no sign of the food, I asked one of the kitchen staff whether we may have been forgotten. 'The gammon is in the oven' was the reply. OK, so we resumed the wait and after ten more minutes it finally arrived, (without apology). The gammon was fine, if a little small, but what could you expect for the price? Well, I would have expected the pineapple and pea options to have been on the correct plates. I would have expected the chips to be able to stand up on there own and not flop on fork like a wet towel, as they obviously have been on the hotplate since early doors. I would have expected the egg yolk to have not had the texture of a paving slab and the mushy peas not to look like green wallpaper paste. Other minor niggles were that the tables had not been wiped and the cleanliness of the cutlery was dubious. For instance, my knife had a greasy handle and the blade was...

I have been shopping here for yrs, but recently I have been having the security guards follow me around, not discreet but so blatantly all other shoppers notice.when I have asked for the store manager I have been refused and the same when asking for his Sia identity badge. Failure to do this is illegal and he is breaking the law not me. Due to the extreme poor customer service I am marking the fishponds branch lower than I would. Sort out the awful way you treat regular loyal customers who have been using your store for yrs...Fri ,26 November. I have went shopping this morning minding my own business and trying to get it done and get back to my house as I have been really ill and on deaths door. From out of Nowhere the security guard the older one came up to me very aggressive in manner to,yellng and pushed me down a shop aisle. I asked again what I had done and I would like to talk to the manager of the shop so I can ask him what was going on. He refused and also to show me his Sia identity badge so I can see he is one. He wouldn't even after I explained it was law for him to do it on request. I was not listened to by any of these two. Or the other guard who told me that he had witnessed the whole thing and would back me. He would not be allowed to talk. Thanks for being so understanding and helpful to a guy who has a brain tumor and had just been released from...
