Family Kebab House — Local services in Bristol

Ordered from Uber Eats. 1 hour then 2 hours pass.... I decided to ring as they deliver "with in house drivers". When I rang they asked my name and repeated the address back to me including the house number Apparently the driver had already been but "the road was closed" the road is not closed as there are cars driving past my house in both directions, he then asked if I could collect which I said I couldn't, the person on the end of the phone then started blaming me saying I didn't leave a house number on Uber Eats? It gives my live location for one and I could see it states my number and name of road when ordering. Plus he'd already repeated my address back to me when giving my name at the start of the call!?!? I then said "ok well you might as well cancel the order then".....He then started screaming at me down the phone saying who was going to pay for the order as it wouldn't be them.... They then cancelled the order their end stating they'd already delivered... Trying to therefore charge my account....

Originally had a 5 star review and use to order from these guys every single time. Last week ordered burger, kebab, and 2 chocolate cakes. They sent 2 FROZEN slices of chocolate gateau! Seriously Frozen! (Usually the chocolate cake is proper chocolate cake not Gateau, and never been frozen before!) So I rung them to explain the issue and the guy was trying to tell me that everyone likes chocolate cake frozen what a load of BS. Anyway it ended with him offering with two free cakes next time we order. Ordered last night and he tried to charge me for the chocolate cakes! He went back on his word and refused to give me two cakes free of charge even after explaining to him again, so I cancelled my order, and will never order from them again. They’ve lost a customer for life for the sake of 2 slices of chocolate cake which the whole cake probably costs less than a couple of pounds. My order was over £20. You...

Food wasn't delivered to me! Address reads Flat 1. Turns out it was delivered to the block of Flats clearly sign posted as flats 30-34. I found the found under the sign. I called after food was an hour over due. I was told they tried calling but just eat didn't give my phone number (not their fault) and rang the door bell and left the food outside,that was that in their eyes. They rang the wrong door bell because they delivered to clearly the wrong flats (their fault)! I found it after walking round the whole block of for 10 minutes. Food was obviously cold and I chucked it out. No refund as yet, they clearly didn't want to talk to me on the phone. Never again, at least if they are...
