T MAXX SHAME. As always, I chose the things I wanted to buy this time, sketchers shoes and a pig-shaped airplane pillow for the baby. Unfortunately the pillow didn't have a price tag so the young girl went looking for the same pillow unfortunately she didn't find it but she brought a luxury pillow saying she had to count mine at the price of the luxury one which annoyed me as I don't think the pig pillow was worth as much as the luxury one. But I couldn't refuse a baby pillow so I was charged almost £10 for it. Next were the shoes, unfortunately, they did not have a price attached, but a torn price tag. Price on the tag £39.99 on the sole of the shoe price £40. The person behind the cashier desk looked at me as if I wanted to rob the store by putting a tag on other shoes. She called her friend who also looked at me very badly, talking something and laughing at me, they said that the shoes cost £ 49.99. I informed that there are the same shoes on the shelf for the price of 39.99, only they are too big and I can bring them to show if they don't want to go check themselves. I heard emphatically not that they are always £49.99. I almost burned with embarrassment listening to these remarks. After leaving the till I went upstairs to check the price and it turned out I was right the price was £39.99. Unfortunately, none of these cheeky girls was able to apologize to me, they only stupidly said that everyone can make mistake. Laziness does not justify the disgraceful behavior of these unprofessional cashiers. Being suspected of trying to rob a store, I fell...
Read moreI was in this store today, and I spent almost 2 hours there, I was looking for a present for my 17 year old daughter. At the checkout at around 10:55 am your employee asked me for my ID because according to her opinion I am not 18 and I do not look 25 years old. I am disappointed with the whole situation, I am 38 years old women and the problem occurred when the lady saw that I wanted to buy false nails and decided that she would not sell them to me. I asked to call the manager, a petite girl in her twenties came up and it was obvious that she did not agree with her colleague's opinion but she said that she could not challenge her opinion, other customers were standing behind me who started laughing at such an absurd situation and commented that the employee was wrong. I want to say that the same saleswoman sold my 17 year old daughter false nails and eyelashes with glue a few days ago and there was no problem and she didn't ask for any ID. This is a complete lack of respect and professionalism and competence from the employees of this store. Such people require more training because at this point the store has lost a customer.I was treated by the saleswoman with complete disrespect, and when I spoke to the manager, the cashier who served me rolled her eyes and smiled stupidly...
Read moreThe staff working at T. K Max are really helpful and kind. My intentions when I came into the shop were simple find a dress and some makeup for little children. I found all of these products and a bit more versions of the products; it was a tough decision to chose between these items but I did. I found a pair of nice shoes and it was a size 7 so I was on my way to the till and I found the same exact pair but a size 3 1/2 the price varied between £20 and £15 so I approached a member of staff and asked what has happened here. They were so kind and said go to the till and bring the smaller size with you too and instead of paying the wrong price (£20) you'll pay the correct price. Overall a really good variety of branded, good quality and good looking products. I personally love T. K MAX you can find a lot of items that probably will...
