In overall it’s a good place if you want something different or if you’re ordering staying up late. But today I had loaded fries and they tasted like if they were fried in an ancient oil that hasn’t been changed for centuries. not gonna lie, it was a bit disappointing. Also I had a mini rap and it wasn’t toasted for some reason, though their official site says they supposed to serve it toasted. The atmosphere inside the shop is not for dining in. There’s no comfortable chairs, extremely bright light that blinds you, also there is no proper air conditioning in the kitchen. But in general it’s a nice place for a quick fast food.

I purchased a three piece chicken meal and a chicken fillet meal from miss millies in brislington bristol on the 15th july around 11.30pm which cost £13.70 when I got home to enjoy my chicken I was absolutely disgusted with what I had been given. The chicken was over cooked and burnt and tasted of charcoal like when you burn food on a BBQ at home, chips was cold I never been so disappointed with miss millies, I would not even give this to a homeless person, I will not be purchasing from there again!! 'VERY UNHAPPY" and still no apology!

BEWARE!!! HAD FOOD POISONING MULTIPLE TIMES FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Only went in Tuesday night because kfc was shut, and while being sick the next morning, I suddenly remembered why I had stopped going here. In the summer of 2024, I had 2 chicken burgers on 2 separate occasions, which also made me sick, so that's 3 times in a row, having food poisoning from this place. My boyfriend had stomach pains and food poisoning in the morning, too. I had stomach pains all day and still do.

What made it worse is the staff said they don't offer refunds, and could only offer more food. Yeah, I'll take another Poison burger - I think not!

I've had to contact them online and I've had no response as of yet. Ol' Millie will be getting reported to the food standards agency and trading standards today. (I also ordered chicken fillet burgers and got 3 chicken strips stuffed in a bun instead - not as...

My order arrived but it was missing my drink, I tried calling 4 times before the first answer to my phone call a man answered and i tried to explain what happened then he puts the phone down, I tried calling another 4 times then another man answered the phone not sure if it was same person but he listened this time and I explained what happened to my order he said "so sorry, I can't find another delivery driver so I can't send your drink" I asked him why was my drink missing from my order, he said "he was very busy serving up to 5 people and he made a mistake, very sorry" then I asked him for a refund, he said "there's no way he could refund me, that i should call "Just Eat support" to try get a refund arranged" that's what I have done. Nothing wrong with the food but missing anything from someone's order is completely wrong!! All this to try get something sorted, not good!...

We ordered £27 worth of food paid by card. Waited ages and then order was short of a chicken bun strip meal so rang straight away only to be told lady was on break and would call back which sge did but fektcasthoughbwecweteclieingcas, she then said she would need to look at cctv. Rang back again and said she did the order herself and that we needed to take it up wuth the manager tomorrow. Jo goid to us as we ordered 3 meals for 3 people so one of us went without. Not good as we were still made to feel. That we were lieing. Never again will I order from there. Very unprofessional. Let's hope we get an apology and manager gets things...
