Pizza Kebab World — Restaurant in Bristol

Where start. We ordered at about 4ish and waited till 6 for it to actually arrive. Which was 50 minutes later than it says it was said to be. I rang up when it came to 20 mins late and they were utterly rude. They said there drivers don’t leave till late which is rubbish because the delivery time was before they leave apparently. My friend ordered garlic mayo in a pot as she didn’t want it in the kebab and she ended up recieveing nothing no sauce what’s so ever. The chips were soggy. The onion rings and cheesy chips were a dissapointment however we were getting hangry so...

Went in to pick up food - owner was smoking outside as I walked in. He came in quickly to serve my order, didn’t wash hands, his appearance was scruffy and not so clean.

Food: Ordered chips and cheese- cheese barely melted on them so not very good. Donner was swimming in chilli sauce- Chicken shish was good

Food used to look good under old owners. Presentable and appetising, not any more.

I hope that this is just a little hiccup with under new owner.

Will give it a chance again next time when ordering kebab.

Called this place first to see if I could eat there with a nut allergy. They said no problem, put it on the online form. After ordering, they called and said I can't have a kebab. Ordered something else. Recieved a text about a half later said order was on the way. After another half hour, rang to find my order. They said driver was stuck in the mud. I told them I didn't want cold food, send someone else. Never received the food and they only wanted to refund 50%!!...
