• Think twice, if you want items quickly *Ordered items on 25th Nov. Advised paying delivery to store would be there between 5-7 days. On various days and a number of times tried to call the store for update and not once was the phone answered. Went into the store on the 4th Dec about 18.30 and was told that there was no item in the store which had been ordered even though they never went out to check. No email to say this has arrived means not here. Reluctantly rude girl staff member went to check and it was there. They said that they had not scanned the stock on to the system from 8am which mean no email generated. Very unhelpful girl working at that store. Couldnt be bothered to help at all. More interested chatting to colleagues. Asked her to check stock availability for another store. She told me they can’t do that. Utter rubbish, other stores have little handheld devices and are more than happy to check. When I told her that she responded “I don’t have one right now”. I asked her to call another store if they have the shoe in stock she told me the website has the number and I can call myself. Store staff don't seem to want to be there. Asked them if they had a shoe in a certain size and the guy slowly spoke into his radio to ask for an employee was available for shoes.

Stood there waiting for 4 minutes before he just said to go stand in the shoe section. Headed over there and waited for another while before a guy came over and just said "what was it" obviously annoyed that I'd interrupted his conversation with his colleague, I asked if they had the shoes in size 12, he scanned the shoes, mumbled that they didn't have them in 12 and then straight away just walked away from me to continue having a conversation with his colleague...
