Too cramped. I naturally went in with rucksack on my back. Every time I turned i was displacing items. Need to display items properly...hard to see wood for the trees. You have great stock but the above is a problem. Around the periphery you have things far too high up for most mere mortals...I could just about tug things down but vertically challenged..no chance. You would sell more if you solve access to items. The space is big enough if you are creative. Stairs down from the street must put some people off. Not sure how you make things easier. You need to cater for the whole range of customers. Your goods are great value when compared to the rip off merchants nearby. Pretty good store and brand. They carry a lot of things so you'll probably find what you are looking for. The items that are not discounted can be really pricey, however the other things are generally pretty good value for money (quality is good, as opposed to something like SportsDirect). I don't think this store beats Decathlon though, but they do seem to carry more stuff, or have much more options at least, as they specialise in outdoors instead of...

Had a great experience here in early August. A super nice and knowledgeable associate helped me choose waterproof jackets for both kids and myself. Spent a good deal of time with us explaining different materials, water resistant v. proof, sizing, etc. and even helped us find on sale items. He was amazing; wish I had taken his name. Great customer experience; we'll be back...
