What a contrast with Boots just down the road. In Boots I asked a pharmacist about lateral flow tests and he directed me to the Medicines counter, where I queued for 15 minutes, only to be told they had run out! When I told the pharmacist, so that he could warn other customers, he brushed me off with a curt, "That's not my problem".
