Very underwhelmed. Ridiculously clueless staff
Tips for staff: -When making a latte, heat the milk first!! -A larger paper bag for my 4 sausage rolls is not charged at 10p -Don’t advise customers to buy a packet of croissants from the petrol garage, when you have plenty on your shelves (I am still confused over that one)
Gotta love a Gregg’s pastry, regardless of staffing...
Read moreAs a Greggs breakfast expert, maybe the staff could cut the rolls so the items actually fit inside. Dropping a sausage first thing is not ideal. And also maybe spray the ketchup inside such roll, instead of up the side of the bag! Nothing worse than ketchup fingers when you're trying to pick up your sausage...
