I lost a lot of weight due to illness and was left with crepey thin skin under my eyes. I felt that I still looked tired and unwell despite gaining weight again, so decided to explore ways to improve the appearance and decided to try Tixel treatment. There were some clinics much closer to home in London, but I didn't get a good vibe from them at the consultations. Sonia was in a completely different league, she was kind enough to give me a call and explain everything in detail. I liked that she gave me realistic expectations based upon my young skin with a slight improvement since my issue was minimal, compared to someone older who would have wrinkles and more visible results. Due to my Mediterranean skin type, she recommended me using some Vitamin C lightening serum to avoid the risk of pigmentation after treatment. I decided to chose Cheltenham Skin & Facials based upon the professional and friendly approach I had. Parking was easy at the location and it was a lovely little cosy clinic set up. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Sonia was and also very thorough going through my previous medical history and allergies. The treatment itself felt quite warm but strangely relaxing. Now and then it was like sharp stamp sensation (even though there were no needles involved). I was given a little pot of cleanser to take home, and I purchased some moisturiser cream for my under eyes since I didn't have anything suitable at home. The aftercare was top class. Sonia made contact with me each day to check up on the healing, progress and make sure I remembered what to do. Fortunately I had very minimal downtime. I was advised that I may need a few sessions for optimum results, however it's been 3 months so far and just after 1 session my eyes look amazing. As someone who has struggled to find suitable medispa facials for my skin for years - especially finding someone who is confident with darker skin - I was so pleased to find Sonia while travelling back to the UK from overseas.

When I had my first treatment Sonia made me feel so at ease and knew exactly what my skin needed with one glimpse; she recommended a Bespoke Medi Facial and WOW! We did a diamond microdermabrasion facial then a 5% Salicylic acid peel, followed by a 25% Vit C mask and LED. I have been getting compliments all week from all my friends and family, my skin has never looked so good, I don't even need to wear makeup! I have recommended her to everyone I have met, they've all commented on how glowing my skin looks.

Since my first Bespoke facial, I have been back to see her twice, once for LED, for a mini peel with LED and another Vit C mask (I travelled all the way from the other end of the country specifically to see her!) and we plan on doing an Celebrity Oxygen facial before I catch my next flight!

Another Amazing experience with results that are just wow. It has been a week since I had my second bespoke facial with Sonia, for anyone who is struggling with any prolomatic skin issues , I can not recommend Sonia enough. My bespoke facial consisted of, Microderm, Enzyme fruit peel, collagen boost with heat that plumps & lifts the face, deep hydration boost HA gel with message & led light. My skin has been in poor condition for far too long, I have tried so many times with the vast amount of products we can all buy, in the hope of solving, ageing, dull, dehydrated, breakouts and enlarged pores that I have been suffering from. I can see more 'wow' results again that Sonia's expertise has given me. My skin glows, its plumper something which is not only visible, I can actually feel it, I have had no further breakouts in 9 weeks since my initial appointment & those horrid pores are so much smaller, products I now use through Sonia's recommendation, actually sink into my skin immediately, instead of never being absorbed & blocking my pores further, I don't have that dread of what I see in the mirror anymore, the relief I feel has had an amazing affect with my confidence too.
