Superdrug — Local services in Chichester

I had threading carried out by Sophie at the Chichester store this morning and I wanted to say how pleased I was with the services she provided. I have what I thought were sparse and pale eyebrows - so much so that I was quite dubious and scared of having anything done to them. However, after Sophie carried out some delicate threading of the very pale (white) hairs above and below my brows, both brows are noticeably very much more defined and well-shaped - I couldn't believe the difference in the appearance afterwards. Sophie also did a very effective and good threading job on my lip and chin areas. I hope she's still the in-store beautician when I need this all done next time, as I'd have no hesitation in letting her loose on my face again. It's also nice that the beauty area for these procedures has been moved from a chair in the front window of the shop to a little area at the rear. Your services have always been good and well-priced, but it was historically somewhat disconcerting to sit there having the services done in full view of the shoppers passing by...Nice job, Sophie and...

Furious. Worst shopping experience. Followed round store by staff like I was going to steal something - I am a young professional and was dressed smartly and had a basket and shopping list.
