This lounge looks like it is new so it is lovely and clean. The food choice at escape lounges aren't great so I didnt expect much and you got pretty standard stuff. The seats were great especially the one i sat on which had charging points for a plug plus USB and USB c ports. So that was good Bar area was lovely as it was new looking. The staff were nice 2 reasons score is low: 1. View from windows. Not of the runway, but of the multi storey car park. Maybe car spotting instead of plane spotting is a thing in Edinburgh 2. No toilet in the lounge. That is very poor as you'd hope you could go for a tinkle or a stool away from the riff raff holidaymakers not in the lounge. But no, you have to exit the lounge and go find some. Quite a few guests in the lounge were looking for toilets inside the lounge All in all a nice lounge but with faults ie the toilet

One of the best lounge experiences in Europe recently and deffo the best in Edinburgh after having tried aspire and premium plaza. Service was super kind and attentive. Drinks and food selection was great, while the dishes were tasty. Can't wait to be back!

Visited the lounge because of its great reviews. Very disappointed to say it is NOTHING like you’d expect. The wine we were served was stale and tasted of vinegar, there was only one meat dish and four dishes that were just different versions of rice with veggies. If you just wanted to have something to graze, they only had cheddar and crackers, no cold meats or any variety. The lounge says they have a specific dress code, however many individuals were dressed against the dress code. The waiting staff genuinely looked sad and angry to be working there, which really doesn’t cheer you up for your upcoming trip. For the price of this lounge is much rather recommend going to any other store at the airport and enjoying an actual drink and meal.

Came here due to the glowing reviews and had high expectations (usually visit Aspire)…sadly it was a bit of a let down. Young guy in front desk was nice enough but zero engagement and didn’t offer any info on the lounge at all. I was expecting due to the great comments about service a bit more but sadly nothing. Was left to just figure it out myself.

The food was tasty but I went up 5 times and 3 out of 5 the food was empty. A few were commenting how the replenishment was very slow (and the lounge wasn’t busy). Deserts are lacking - I gave up in the end looking for something sweet. The food when I did manage to get some was indeed tasty and hot. I loved the fact they had sparkling wine on tap and was very nice. The staff inside were friendly enough.

WiFi was poor. The info on the card wasn’t correct as staff said to just connect to airport wifi as there’s wasn’t working. This was a big let down as the normal airport wifi is very poor and remained so in the lounge. Another big let down was lack of lounge toilet meaning you have to leave your stuff unattended to visit the toilet or drag it out with you which is even worse.

So overall - a bit meh. Perhaps I was just unlucky. If the wifi is improved and the food service improved and perhaps more chat on front desk then yes it would be great. For now though I shall...

Visited this morning before our early morning flight for the first time but wish we had just used one of the other lounges. It’s a pleasant space and there were plenty of seats. Good drink selection compared to some other lounges. Food was very standard and basic for lower end lounges and could definitely be better eg cold tasteless scrambled egg, frozen fruits etc. The service from the front desk let it down the most with an older blonde lady speaking to my partner and I like we were idiots, whilst another gentleman sat there and didn’t acknowledge us - some basic customer service training is badly needed. It was a very odd interaction as I asked for two people immediately upon entry, then what followed was some huffing and puffing and a patronising explanation of how lounges work and how I must say 1+1 and not two people (nonsensical) as if it’s the first time I’ve ever been to a lounge or I’m not welcome. Dreadful service from such a rude and condescending lady who should not be in a customer facing role - never had anything like it in years of using lounges across the...

I don't usually write reviews but the service definitely required complimenting! I actually asked for these staff names as they deserve being commended. Greeted by a lovely friendly man called Pedro who made my family feel very welcome and added great humour along the way! Then another friendly man appeared called Mark who kindly showed us to some seats. We were next to a group of 8 girls who were quite loud but not doing any harm but Mark was great in asking them in a jovial funny way to keep it down due to others customers. They reacted with great humour! Clearly Pedro and Mark are a great double act and also special shout out to the catering staff, constantly clearing and finally to the bar lady who single handedly served everyone, amazing but unfair on her. I would return though the lighting is far too bright, it feels too much like a cafeteria. Subdued lighting would give it a far more classy BA lounge feel. It was also save on electricity, please rethink the lighting, atmosphere is everything and this place fails on ambience. Thank goodness for...
